We are seeking an experienced Interim Head of Quality & Commissioning to lead the redesign and delivery of its Adult Social Care quality assurance function in the Walsall area.Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen governance and quality oversight arrangements
- Establish a proactive quality presence across the provider market
- Design and implement a refreshed quality assurance framework
- Improve visibility and management of provider risk and safeguarding escalation
- Lead recruitment, capability development and cultural change within the team
